By commissioning me, you agree to all terms.

You must be 18+ to commission me.

My prices are subject to change depending on complexity.

You are responsible to have all references (the more the better) and details ready BEFORE contacting me.

If you choose to go with artistic freedom (meaning I come up with the pose and/or theme of the piece), please be sure to give me details of the character's personality, likes, dislikes, etc.

If I have to redraw the entire piece/pose, and proper references were not given during our consultation, I will charge at least half of the commission price.

I will accept private commissions, however, you will be charged twice the amount of your commission.

My art is my only source of advertisement. If I don't post my commissions, I can lose possible commissioners.

The time-frame may vary depending on what your commission consists of.

You can typically expect your piece to be done within a few days to a week, but may take longer.

Human, monster, and anthro characters

Some hyper content

SFW and NSFW content

Blood, gore, guro, etc.

Most kinks

Feral animals or taur characters

Real people

Mechas or intricate machinery

Scat, puking, or any other similar things (with the exception of watersports)

Underage characters in NSFW situations

Anything deemed as offensive (racism, sexism, etc.)

I accept payments through PP invoices.

I ask for the full amount up front, but will allow a payment plan for commissions $100+.

If your invoice is not paid within 24 hours, and we have not discussed delayed payment during the consultation, I will contact you and your slot will be moved to the bottom of my queue.

If 48 hours pass and the invoice is unpaid, and there is still no communication, your invoice will be cancelled and your slot will be removed from my queue.

I do not do refunds at this time.

I allow some minor changes to a piece during the sketching process for free.

If changes are continuously being requested, I will charge a fee of $5+ per change during the sketching process.

If changes are requested during the lining or coloring process, a fee of $10+ per change will occur.

If I have to redraw the entire piece/pose, and proper references were not given during our consultation, I will charge at least half of the commission price.

I will not redraw the entire piece/pose after receiving approval for the sketch.

No changes are allowed after I get approval to finalize the piece.

I do not allow edits of any kind done to my work without my consent!

You have the right to post your commission anywhere you like, as long as I am credited for the work.

I have the right to post your commission anywhere I wish, unless otherwise agreed upon. Your characters will be credited accordingly.
